We accept orders at any time- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders placed during weekdays will be shipped on the next business day and orders placed during weekend will be processed on the next business day.  

Tracking details

Please allow Up-to 2-4 business days for the tracking details. We send parcel via AUSPOST, FEDEX, TNT or DHL after the quality check from AUSTRALIA or from our warehouse in INDIA. Please do not worry if you don’t receive your tracking details within 4 business days, simply contact us on sales@kapdda.com for the information?

Australia:

The standard Australia shipping timeframe is up to 8-10 business days from the day we dispatch order, orders from regional areas takes additional 3-4 business/working days.  

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.99 orders and orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $9.99.
• Please note, there are currently fulfillment delays through Australia post because of COVID-19 disruptions. 

International:

The standard international shipping time is 12-14 business days. This shipping time-frame is same for all countries including Australia.

• Customers generally receive orders in 12 business day; however, COVID19 Safety measures are still in place almost everywhere and orders may take longer if there are any flight delays or cancellations and we request for your utmost patience during this time. 

Customs charges

International parcels can be subject to the Goods and Services Tax or DUTY that customer have to pay depending on the Customs rules and regulations in their country (Especially in Canada). The Custom charges can be between $10 to $35.
95% customers don’t have to pay any customs charges.
